JW Anderson offers a 14-day return policy for all full-priced items, provided they are returned in their original condition with all security tags attached. We aim to make the return process as seamless as possible for our global community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity cards are included to avoid rejection.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point and retain your receipt; you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
